Will answer your questions regarding bank account, batches and/or statements. You will need to be able to supply your merchant number to the operator. If the operator is unable to answer your questions, they will open a ticket which will be routed to our Service Team for a resolution.
Terminal Helpdesk – 1-800-228-0210

Again you will need to supply your merchant number to the representative. The terminal Helpdesk will assist with terminal downloads, partial downloads and troubleshooting of your POS equipment.
