MeritCard Branded eMail Design Process

The easiest design process in the Business!

 

We have developed our design process to easily create and launch your Branded eMail within our eMail client. When we refer to "eMail Client" we are referring to the actual system where you will be selecting your template and composing your email. We design all of the look, feel and functionality directly within your email client so you can see exactly how your email will look, work, send and receive.
 

The information below is the step-by-step process that you can expect from our design team here at MeritCard. The design set that we will develop will be four templates that you will be able to choose from a drop down menu within the compose screen. Our design team will work with you on the four different and distinct designs that you will need.

 

Upon placement of your Branded eMail order, you will receive an email
from our design manager to collect some basic information. Attached
will be a Design Development Form. The DDF will need to be completed
and sent back to the design manager as well as any Logo's, Art Work,
Special Text and or Links.

 

Once we have the information we need and the general idea of how you want the design to look, we will start designing. We will work on the Letterhead design first to set the theme for the series.

 

Once we have the initial look completed, we will send a live email to preview your design. If you would like changes made, now is the time to do it.

 

Once the design is approved, we will continue to finish the series. When the series is complete, we will send you another live email to approve the series. Once the series is approved, we will then process the designs and add it to your existing account. The next time you log in, all templates will be available for you use.
